Of course, nothing gay about two Army officers vacationing at Fire Island and lunching at a seaside bistro, admiring eachother’s handwriting.

Wimberly’s moralizing is exactly what I’m talking about when I say we’re losing our culture. How many more versions of “We just need to fit in, then they’ll actual treat us like humans” must we endure? I feel bad for him, that he can’t see the beauty of us actually just rejecting their values. On an individual level

Right. I mean, obviously it’s ok to like the candidate? But vote for her?? Hell no.

Matt McGorry needs to take a damn step back. Jesus.

That’s horrible. Right now I’m hoping 45 doesn’t get wind of the ongoing implementation of how to incorporate trans servicemembers. Unfortunately it has seemed lately that the coverage and visability of trans issues has caused more harm than good.

Come back Caity!

I’m willing to bet more “male feminists” than not still truly believe that “loving women” makes them a feminist.

Lord, this reminds me of a dude I saw complaining on Facebook a few weeks ago. See, he’s been an ally and a feminist for years. And he supports us and that’s hard. So why can’t he just have a pass every once in a while since he’s been SO GREAT at being an ally?!

Wasn’t this what they were prepping for when Obama was president? Someone needs to go take a shit in their bean barrels.

Things always come full circle here, but never with any insight offered from the writers. It’s maddening.

The card has already been revoked. There is nothing she can ever, ever do to get it back. Sad, but if she can’t be perfect that’s the price she must pay.

I’m in the same boat. At this rate my HSA will be useful in about, I dunno, 4-5 years??

Fair enough.

I’m with you. It’s not what you say, it’s what you do.What kind of message gets sent when a parent won’t send their kid to the local “failing” school that is full of little kids of color?

I don’t know you so I don’t want to judge. But I’m grappling with some of this stuff myself, and it seems to me that the choice is usually more about white people being able to flee their local “failing” schools than it is about anything else.

I’m not trying to come at you about this, but I’m trying to understand. It sounds like you plan on voluntarily segregating your child?

Agree. But I liked that the first time they tried it, too. I wasn’t one of the folks hoping for even one re-boot.

This is a spectacular idea for a birthday present for me!

Please be nice. I like this post very much. It simply reminded me of Kitchenette and brought up fond memories.

Damn, I miss Kitchenette.
