Major may not matter if you are in the College of Lost And Searching, but for most everyone else, it matters a lor. Be it majoring in elementary or secondary education, any engineering specialty, accounting, finance, etc, it matters.

Majored in accounting and minors in economics I got a job in accounting and finance.

Really should consider changing the title to “Liberal Arts Majors Are Bullshit”.
