Just going to mention Detroit: Become Human down here since the whole Kinja Collective hates it so damn much. Defo in my top 5 of the year.

I say this time and time again - I’m so fucking tired of the queer tragedy trope, so big kudos to this article.
I myself as a gay man work with a lot of older gay men, and they are so fixated on that tragedy mentality as the “norm.” I think it obviously has to do with the culture they grew up in the 80s - but damn we…
He pretty much curated my trip to Colombia last year. I wouldn’t have seen the things I saw, drank the things I drank, ate the meals I ate, and met the people I met without his guidance. He opened the eyes to so many people to share the collective triumphs and struggles of humanity. Such a bummer.
Star Wars Fans Today - Worse Than Rick and Morty Fans and DC Fanboy Apologist Combined.
I guess I only kind of buy the “no editorial overlap” part when the same articles are cross posted on all the sites under FMG umbrella.
I find it a bit strange when three sites all under the same umbrella all air their grievances on the same day about the same thing. Do ya’ll not consolidate your articles and who puts them out between Gizmodo, AV Club and Kotaku?
Every 20-something needs to commit “Keep Yourself Warm” to memory. Anthem for the ages. A man of heartbreaking true poetic talent.
Kanye hasn’t made anything relevant since Dark Twisted Fantasy - so I’m happy Glover / Gambino took the torch and started “ripping him off”
“That never stopped Gambino from ripping his shit off for years, did it?”
No not really - calling a man’s straight lunacy and mental breakdown is not performance. That’s making a folly of it.
Even if Kanye shit WAS trying to be performance art - they are trying to say “allegedly” the same thing about the current state America. Gambino’s is just wildly more effective. And Kanye’s shit has…
Can this just nullify the nonsense conversation people are having about whether or not Kanye’s recent bullshit is “performance art” - cause it’s not he’s just an asshole. THIS is performance art.
It really is the only fully fleshed out arc. And embodies EVERYTHING the MCU is all about.
Haven’t seen Infinity War yet (so maybe my opinion will change after this evening)- but completely disagree. Maybe this comes down to a Team Tony Vs Team Cap preference, but the things Marvel has done with Captain America / Steve Rogers are by far the highlights of the entire MCU. Tony started it all, but I think he…
The ending switcheroo is one of my favorite recent gaming memories. It was just so damn good. My husband was absolutely pissed!
Could not agree more, my husband and I finished a few weeks back - and that ending man THAT ENDING. So so good - and showed exactly why this game absolutely had to be co-op (preferably couch).
The trailer alone is one of the greatest pieces of cinema I’ve ever seen.
Dawson really looks like someones alcoholic step dad now. I think Joey made the right choice in the end.
Pooh looks downright ghastly. Is this a horror film?
I GET WET was the soundtrack of my high school parking lot when it first came out - and I still listen to it regularly today. Glad to see him finally back in form. Contrary to what Josh says here - I saw him in 2014 in Seattle and he was in fucking TOP form - made me feel young and happy, as his music forever will.
This is kind of how I felt about the final boss of Resident Evil 7 as well - just seemed so out of place in what was otherwise an EXTREMELY tense game.
