In all fairness to Bincsik and the engineers who built it to sub-standard specs so they could line their own pockets, how where they supposed to know water comes from taps AND the sky? You can only learn so much in As**ole Engineering school you know ;)

And here ladies and gentleman we have a prime example of why the metoo movement is so desperately needed..
