It always bugs me when people say that their car can go as fast as the highest number printed on their speedometer.

It’s not nearly as old as some of the other cars people are posting about but this should be older than the Polestar (released in ‘07 as an ‘08 model). It looks closer to that Subaru and Polestar blue in real life than in this stock photo.
Old 911? But they already made one of those.
What I get from Raph’s posts and articles is that he will pretty much always choose whatever old/obscure car over a new one. #hipsterlife
Maybe you don’t remember because it’s been so long since the R35 GT-R first debuted but there were plenty of people wishing it came with a stick. Even moreso when people were popping their transmissions when using the launch control. Things have changed since then, once Nissan improved the gearbox and people got used…
Every now and then, I’m reminded of Gunbuster 2 and go searching for a US release of the OVA series on Blu-ray and end up being disappointed. =(
I want Lego Technic versions to go with this:
Yup, all I want is a 335i Touring and I’d be buying new. I even convinced myself to settle for an automatic, since that’s probably all BMW would offer with it if they decided to sell it in the US.
I saw the headlights and the Tetris theme started playing in my head.
Just playing the devil’s advocate here, but with 50 more horses, you’ll pretty much have an S2000, since they’re already relatively similar in weight. And many owners/people will agree that the stock 240 HP is... adequate. I don’t even think I’m being greedy like some people by saying that cars like the BRZ and S2000…
Yeah, I went on VWVortex waaaaaay back, years and years ago, and it was really bad. I went back on there recently because I’m actually considering purchasing one, and things seem to be the same. Same with NASIOC; I’ve been on there every once in a while throughout the years and it’s the same. Honda-Tech, I don’t even…
VWVortex = NASIOC = Honda-Tech to those respective brands.
I seem to be in the minority everytime I bring this up but I think Hot Fuzz is a lot better than Shaun of the Dead.
I think this has more to do with the fact that if the buyer changes their mind in the ~3 months it takes to build and deliver the car, they’re stuck with selling a car that (potentially) not many other people want since it’s spec’ed to someone’s (potentially) weird preferences.
This was also a problem with S2000s, although they were referred to as spring spacers. There were owners who found them many, many years after delivery since they weren’t aware of it until they read about it on forums.
I bet the real reason you got the R32 was because you miss your Cube and this was the “coolest” way you could regain that connection, even if there are 20935 degrees of separation between the two.
i.e. Orlove or the next iteration of him.
That X-Men: Days of Future Past Best Buy exclusive is not a Steelbook. Just FYI.

I never had any interest in Korean cars... until now.
Actually, it had 185 PS, which is more like 182 HP. Every bit counts in those older, lighter Hondas. =P
