I wouldn't say the new GT is ugly but it's way overstylized, IMO, especially compared to the first GT and the GT40. To me, it looks like a Hot Wheels or Grand Theft Auto car where they couldn't get the license to make the real thing but you can easily tell what real life car they based their model from.

BTW, those black mats are LHD premium OEM mats and are $$$ from Europe. I don't think they made a blue set, which is probably why that owner has a black set.

In 2006, the Suzuka Blue interior was changed so that only the seats and carpet were blue. Everything else was black.
