That Gilchrist call was unfair.  He aimed—and executed—a clean shoulder hit.

“This time, the villains are white colonizers, and the heroes are indigenous people protecting their land.”

So what you’re saying is that they’re anti-illegal immigration?

“Hey guys, Batman Trump here” had me rolling on the floor.

I just don’t have the energy for every battle, including people being mad because they THINK a show MIGHT be fat-shaming. There’s real shit happening in the universe right now: children in detention camps, women’s rights are in danger, people constantly calling the cops on black CHILDREN for running lemonade stands.

“Triumph at Comic-Con” may be the all-time greatest episode of Hollywood Handbook. It’s a new level of metatextual cringe comedy.

Meanwhile, what they actually did on stage was funny; I scorn that audience for not laughing at “I, of course, played Mrs. Batman in the original series.” (Though I think my favorite

I think our society is very reactionary right now. It’s exhausting.

Whaaaat? Wait to judge? It’s like you’ve never been on the internet before.

YEAH! I WATCHED THE TRAILER FOR GET OUT AND I JUST KNOW ITS ALL FABRICATED ANTI-WHITE PROPAGANDA AND I REFUSE TO WATCH IT EVEN THOUGH EVERYBODY SAID ITS MORE TONGUE AND CHEEK AND EVERYBODY CAN APPRECIATE THE SUBJECT MANOR IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER DESPITE DIVIDE WE FACE IN THE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW. SPEAK YOUR MIND SISTER!!!!

One of the biggest eating disorders in this country seems to be overeating.  I am certainly aware that this show has the potential to be triggering for the very small percentage of young people with AN, but the majority of people in this country suffer from an ED of too much of the Standard American Diet (SAD).  Also,

Maybe there’s a lesson to be learned in not making too many assumptions about a project based on a trailer. I know I’ve seen movies for which the trailer was very misleading, for good or ill. Sometimes it’s intentional, to allow for a greater impact when the actual project airs.

Could people be interpreting the show’s execution in a completely different way as the creator?

NOTE: I can dismiss belligerent fuckheads all day long.

I feel like you’ve read A LOT into my comment, as other comments have primed you to assume anyone even remotely disagreeing with you is a raging misogynist.

If there’s any “blue wave” this midterm, it’s going to be mostly this scenario, even more liberal people replacing (relatively speaking) moderately liberal candidates in areas already a solid lock for the Democrats. You might see a few seats in purple parts of the country flip their way, but the main takeaway isn’t

Not an argument on Latinx, but why not just say Latin?  I’m asking because I don’t know, not being the ‘just asking questions’ dogwhistle guy.

God damn obesity is a fucking PROBLEM in this country... How can you be such big sports fans while never actually playing any sports?!

Congrats on being a very unintelligent person.

Look, I don’t come here for political propaganda, even less, political propaganda for 12 years old. I am aware of the general political orientation of this site and of the people reaction in the comments and I have no problem with it, agreeing with many points, but there is a limit. I am not even American so really

It doesn’t come up but I doubt the guy has a really extensive social circle. Its likely one of the reasons he’s struggling as after university it becomes harder to meet new people so having a large social circle is a way of meeting new people. I’ve met my last two relationships at a friends party.
