It always confuses me watching NHL games that only the teams close to the border in the US do both anthems while all Canadian teams do. Why isn’t it standard practice throughout the league?

I think Southampton could be a draw to better managers due to the quality of their academy. It at least partially makes up for the inability to make big signings.
