Paul Thomas Anderson should get serious consideration too
I don;t love Nolan films by any means, but Health Ledger is unassailably brilliant
I can't accept that you are a real human being - Not for liking those movies, but for doing so publicly despite the stigma.
Sir, you've out-contrarian-ed me! I think he's overrated, but not this bad. Nolan is clearly pretentious and sanctimonious, and his cinematography sometimes suffers from drab, uninspired colors and amateurish gimmicks. DKC2 is clearly better than the first. Tighter, more polished, and more fun
You seem like an awesome person to be friends with :)
I think it's 8% plus actually. As they say in KC, proceed with caution!
How were Face/Off, Point Break, and the original Fast and Furious not on the list? …Perhaps their critical reception was too positive?
King of the montages!
Funniest thing I've heard in…maybe years?

No matter what I listened to during my halcyon days, I stopped caring about it being called "emo." Local shows and scenester culture…
Just watching this short: The writing was stellar, but I feel there is a pacing issue - IIt felt a bit crowded to me. A fundamental aspect of riffing is letting the subject speak for itself a little. This is least important in vintage movies with excruciatingly slow paces (i.e. Manos), and big budget Hollywood films…
