iOS with a big helping of Cydia used it first.

I'm hoping we all lose then because this time I want Apple to win. They seem to be the only people who understand what I want from technology.

I would reather they explain why data rates vary so much when the phone is not held at all and just lies flat on the table downloading things.

Since the other complaint is difficulty seeing through the glossy surface of the display in direct sunlight, aren't you just asking for trouble putting a giant aluminum heat sink out in the sun?

I think the point may be that they built in the cellular radio. But yes I've been sharing my Internet connection for years with my Mac as well.

I love Apple products. I'm often mystified by the choices they make as a company that sometimes limit the appeal of their products. It is almost as if they are designing both sides of the market.

I have the Sierra Wireless one through Sprint. Can't wait for 4G to hit my area in August. My MacBook Pro, iPad and iPhone love it. It's an awesome back up for MyWi when ATT network slows down during the day.
