Could this be used to make psuedo-HDR photographs? Meaning, given that HDR requires several shots combined, couldn't they use this procedure to make any shot HDR in just one snap?

I was originally intrigued, but this is dumb. So no handle/carry strap, it only makes your laptop bigger, heavier and wood-ier. I guess if you were really pretentious and were headed on a year long cruise with no intention of checking your email..
