What you can't tell from the video is that those shoes are actually heels. The motor is in the heel, so the insole is curved up. Think elevator shoes, with a big elevator that pulls the laces tight.

I was liking this a LOT, right up until picture #11. Seriously? Talk about design fail. They didn't even try to incorporate that port into the aesthetics of the case - it looks awful!
