From a born and raised Minnesotan, the classic Tator Tot “hotdish” casserole my Mother used to make: Ground Beef (browned first), corn or green beans, cream of mushroom soup. Top with a layer of Tator Tots and bake. A true Minnesota “comfort food”. Top with shredded cheese for more goodness.

I can’t believe I’m suggesting this, because I’m firmly in team no-pineapple, but a Spam and pineapple Hawaiian pizza casserole feels right for the retro theme.

Sushi Casserole is the obvious choice

Never, ever, forget steakhouse onion rings!

I eat that. It’s good.

Oooff hot salad sounds like hot garbage. Unless it’s a taco salad, cause those are the bomb.
