I can relate. I can’t believe I didn’t mention this in my post.
Oh, look, it’s my hair circa ‘79 to ‘84.
Sarah J. Maas writes the same sort of sex scenes in her other series — A Court of Thorns and Roses.
Sarah J. Maas’s ACoTaR is considered New Adult though, I think. But I think it’s more like a wink and a nudge classification.
Ha, I posted about VC Andrews, and then saw someone question anyone finding her books hot. I was 12 to however long that original series lasted. I literally got horny watching sitcoms.
I read that. :)
It was in the Fire and Fury book that he dyes his hair, but he gets to impatient and washes it before it fully takes/sets and that’s why his hair is the weird color it is.
“As for me, I’ve started asking, “How come you want these victims to ‘get over it,’ yet if anyone suggested the same about 9/11, you’d blow a gasket?” I’ve never gotten a response.”

When I have children? Do you know something I don’t? Could you tell it to my 49 and 1/2 year old ovaries and my 4 remaining eggs? My eggs are played by Betty White, Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan, and Estelle Getty.
I once had a foster mom refuse to give up the dog that we’d drove 4 hours and stayed overnight to adopt.
