My guess is she doesn’t cares that he cheats, she just didn’t want to be humiliated. She doesn’t like being First Lady and this latest thing is increased embarrassment and scrutiny.

According to Fire and Fury, she always thought he’d win. Ivanka told her friends that’s all anyone needed to know about Melania. She asked him for constant reassurances that he’d lose and that she could go back to her life.
She quit at/in the pool, saying she had a great lawsuit, or something similar. She was only on the one episode.
I didn’t like Nathaniel at first, and he is the kind of character/type I usually don’t go for, but the actor is knocking it out of the park and I’m now into it.
I’m curious as well. It reads a little like straight as the default, and if someone is other and it’s not announced early on, it feels to someone with that default as if there is a radical character change that has to be justified/explained.
Yep, I wonder how much of the Nathaniel arc would have been a Greg arc if Santino had stayed. This show messes with expectations, and so maybe Greg would never have been end game specifically because that’s the expected thing, but I could imagine Rebecca working through her stuff, and Greg getting a handle on his…
Why do you think it will never be discussed or explored? Maybe it won’t be, but at this point, with the time jump, and with the other story lines, I don’t see a natural spot for it this episode.
I don’t know how; I don’t know why, but I like ladies and I like guys. I realize it’s a surprise. But now I see that that’s just me, it’s not like I even try. So, if you ask me how I’m doing, here is my reply. I’m g-g-g-g-gettin’ bi. I’m gettin’ bi. Oh yeah, I’m lettin’ my bi flag fly. Not gonna hide it; not gonna…
I love the show, and this episode, but I really wish Paula’s story would have been less about her learning to be nicer and more about how women in authority inevitably get labeled bitches for having standards.
It’s cool. I also brought in my assumptions based on previous discussions with people.
Okay. Clearly you have every right to do so. :)
At least half of that was his girlfriend, Whoopi Goldberg, telling him to do it and that it would kill. Clearly, he should have known better, but he didn’t get there on his own.
“I mean, IDK, he may always be a dirtbag, but I think he is a genuinely good soul, mostly because he’s too dumb to be that bad.”
I never understand posts like this. Not all shows can be loved by all people, it’s presumptuous to the people who do love to ask them to justify that love, and it’s impossible to talk someone into feeling magic.
Ha, I’m not active on PSN these days, but any place where politically aware white women and women of color gather will find white women embarrassing themselves.
