Also, I want to do all horror novels in October, and I think I have enough choices to keep me occupied, but still open to suggestions.

I’m sure it was a joke. And bold. Faith Hill tried the same thing once, people took her seriously, and labeled her a bitter jealous hag who couldn’t be happy for Carrie Underwood.
If loving those covers, and getting goosebumps — no pun intended — seeing them is wrong, I don’t want to be right.
I think awareness of McCammon depends on how much of a reader a person is, and what genres they enjoy.
I saw something on this last week, and based on the perfection of the cover was sold!
Yes, the kid is Jamie’s. I’m not sure ... are you saying she owes Frank for raising Brianna?
I’m sorta in the middle — I read several of the books, but a very long time ago. So it’s foggy. I did tell my husband, “I think Jamie is going to live in a cave.” :)
I almost mentioned the take down, which I did enjoy. :)
I’ve always had sympathy for Frank, but Claire didn’t intend to fall in love with Jamie. Also, depending on how you look at it, she was married to Jamie first. ;)

I think he hates 95% of being president. So, I suspect that if we can just sell him on how he’ll have more time to go on a never ending victory tour if he doesn’t run again that it might just work.
“They’d applaud him for fucking a dog, if it angered the left. But a girl dog. #nohomo”
I’m reading Katy Tur’s book on the campaign, and feeling so many things. She’s very funny, so there’s that, but his obsession with calling her Little Katy, maligning her, siccing his rabid fans on her, is also hard to read.
Beautiful. I was going to post this and then figured I’d be accused of nitpicking. The charitable reading here is that body shaming is so prevalent and insidious that even a person writing an article against the practice can fall into doing it without realizing.
