As a guy who wholeheartedly loves med-rare beef and other meats of all shapes and forms, I will say I’ll definitely be buying this in stores after trying it in a local restaurant earlier this year. You can barely tell a difference. It’s more a novelty for me, but it’s less cholesterol and sad cow friends.

Exactly. I love beef, but cutting down on my red meat consumption, especially in something like I burger where I can barely tell the difference, is a good thing.

As a meat lover myself, I just tried it a few days ago and I was impressed. It was quite tasty. I don’t want to give up meat but I am concerned about the farting cows so figure it’s good to keep my options open.
