I don’t think it’s necessarily buccal fat removal. She’s unrecognizable because she’s lost a ridiculous amount of weight, and it’s definitely showing on her face. And the bleached blonde hair which doesn’t suit her at all.

Tbh I think sooner on the new face - she looks like she’s already had buccal fat removal, and my partner literally didn’t recognize her in her recent pictures.
