Where would the trial have taken place? Could you reasonably assure the safety and security of all those involved in the trial, or would their safety be compromised for life? Could you have assured that Bin Laden we would have been able to be taken alive?

Are you serious? I remember the spontaneous gathering swarm of people on campus celebrating. The feeling of just absolute pure joy. The baseball game going into a USA chant on live TV, I’ll never forget this day and it will always remain one the biggest highlights of the Obama administration in my book.

LOL!

What your grandmother was doing was being passive-aggressive, which describes many - by no means all - other uses of “I feel” or “it seems like maybe” or “I guess you could say.”

I feel like you missed the point of the fact that “I feel like...” and “I think...” are, verbally, conversation stoppers that help dam the discourse :p

As I was reading this I kept remembering a professors who told me “no one cares what you think, what does the primary source tell you?” when I was an undergrad.

The “controversy" is some fabricated bullshit. Unless a song is specifically meant to address race, it doesn’t matter who wrote it, who sang it first, or who covered it. Musicians play each other’s stuff all the time. A cover is a high form of praise, not a misappropriation.

Not really. Just calling out an obvious agenda. Jez seems to think anyone who thinks this movie looks like shit is a woman hating Mra neck beard which I think is bullshit.

I know you guys are desperately trying to paint anyone who dares critize the all mighty Melissa McArthy the Queen of comedy as a woman hating Mra but this movie looks like shit.
