Former child grows up, murders men, bakes them into food, feeds it to their father: “Aww yeah, Arya is a badass!”

I thought it was hilarious that it took spending less than 2 minutes with the Hound and Beric to push Arya to “get some while the gettin’s good.”

It’s pretty funny that’s it’s all the guys who are having the vapors over that scene. They’re worse than a bunch of old ladies.

Oh get a grip. Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner are the same age. You watched them both grow up so stop having the vapors over Maisie and, by GOT standards, her very mild nudity.

She’s 22, it was her choice, and she owned the scene. She was completely in control in that trist. Did anyone really think that Gendry had any choice? This was Arya taking what she wanted. She’s strong.

Maisie Williams is 22 and there was very little nudity. If she was comfortable doing it that’s her choice as an actress. GoT has been pretty willing to use doubles and such as needed, but Maisie is an adult actress and capable of making decisions.

At first I was like Gendry quit stalling and man up and then I was like please stop this is weird

My biggest takeaway from that scene? Gendry was totally a virgin. “Three” is the answer all virgins give when asked if they’ve done it.

Ha, I pretty much described it in the exact same way while calling it fantastic.  Different strokes for different houses I guess.

You. Have. To. Set. The. Table.

Don’t know if it helps but I’m about 99% sure that was not Maisie Williams’ body. But either way, I’m probably more uncomfortable about seeing Arya Stark sex it up than I am Maisie Williams.

To be fair, it’s definitely strange when you’ve watched someone who started as a child. Maisie’s 22 though, only 3 or 4 years younger than Emilia in her first nude scene, and certainly old enough to make her own decisions about something like that.

That’s exactly why. Because we saw her grow up.

I’m on team “The egg is bad.” It’s just too busy and the words don’t stand out well. It’s classically Trump: “more is more.” The tacky gold room of papercraft, if you will. And I happen to love this medium fwiw.

By your logic, Barack Obama—not white nationalists or Trump or corporate greed that disenfranchises working class white voters—is responsible for our current state of affairs. Misogynist, backward GOP voters are responsible for their votes, not a woman who had the audacity to say someone raped her.

The Dems had no chance of winning the Senate this past election because of voter suppression in many states. Stop this shit.

Yeah, I feel like internet culture has created some toxic entitlement amongst fans. Nothing is going to be perfect and tick every box.

I should also point out that the squealing, flaming little Lord Umber was a real delight when I was folding laundry, alone, in my dark living room/house while my husband and kids (two little boys) were asleep.

I too can’t slam.him for this. It’s not like he or most of them are intentionally “phoning it in”. People enjoyed all the seasons of the show (or they shouldn’t have watched it).. and no one owes it to them to have this final season just the way THEY want it.

I don’t know, I almost agree with him at this point? Obviously there are reasons to be critical of the show but every complaint I saw yesterday is one that has been made ten times over about some other season or episode of GoT. I read quite a few recaps yesterday (before I actually watched the episode myself) and I
