meh, doesn't matter I guess. I have a damn good job and funny enough, 2 of the 3 partners of the company are married to each other with two kids and they have a great work/life balance and seem to understand the importance of that.

Yeah but, I am a young (although maybe not, some of my peers have 7 year old kids), don't have kids and still won't have kids so one might think I want kids... Should I be outspoken about not having/wanting kids so as to not be discriminated against?
How do you know a woman is even having kids or not? Because I am a woman that has never, nor plans to have children. How would an employer know that?
This was at dinner when the conversation got flirty...but not THAT flirty. hah
I should have said "depends on what your ass looks like". Crap, missed my chance.
I went on a date with a guy and he asked me if I was into anal. I wait till at least the third date for that conversation...
That just creeped me out. "Cookie bump"? I don't know why but I am irrationally creeped out by that.
YES!!!!
I lived in Bangor where he lives, would walk my dog by his house daily. Anyway, he is known for doing several really awesome charitable things all over town. He is an awesome guy and very down-to-earth.
With all the MRA hu-bub over this and some troll comments throughout this whole post, I was not sure what to expect with your comment but...you are so correct. Dead-on. I think a little empathy just goes a long way, ya know? Thank you.
get them online, make sure you are sized properly. 32DD sounds like a very standard size, so I have a feeling you are not sized properly. For example, Victoria Secret would size me at 32D and thats just wrong...the band is too big and the cup is too small. When I went to a high-end boutique, they sized me at 28F and…
Joe was great! Nic Cage is a wonderful actor. I love that his movies are one extreme or the other, brilliant or just absolutely terrible. One or the other. No in-between.
Reading that made me tear up a little, as I am trying to come to terms with the fact that I will never be 21 again but I have to remind myself that I am healthy and my boyfriend thinks I am beautiful and doesn't see the flaws (or can look past them) that I do see. Thank you for saying what you did.
When I got to that part I laughed because to be honest, the event has hit me hard emotionally and I had a similar moment with my boyfriend where I asked him to be honest to me and tell me if men really think like that. Of course he reassured me but he also told me to maybe take a break from the internet for a while.…
Yeah, the money was never an issue at that price. Thanks for the info, I will seriously consider it now, especially since my dog is getting older and even the wind blowing will make her run for her "den".
Well, a lot of times, or I guess in a perfect world, it's because the less-money-having spouse gave up on or put a hold on their career advancements in order to support the family and breadwinner in other ways. So, the money earned by the breadwinner after a marriage is seen to have been made by *both spouses*.…
Ahh that makes sense. My dog is 10 years old now, I asked about microchipping when she was just a pup and then again when she was about 4 years old. She isn't a dog that runs away, in fact, she has a need to keep me within her sights at all times, might be a border collie thing. However, she could be stolen or when we…
Thanks for the info!
The vet told me that since there are not universal microchipping standards, different companies put out different microchip reading tech, so even if you microchip your dog, it might not matter? This is what my vet told me when I asked about it. I do not leave my dog outside though, she is always on a leash attached to…
