Yeah, ultimately, I don’t care. I’m excited that there will be a new Star Wars movie, and I will see it. 

A lot of folks are saying this, but has it been confirmed anywhere? Disney announced three movies just last year, seems odd that the next movie going into production would be a fourth, different movie.

Oh? I hadn’t seen that. I assumed that this was the Mandalorian movie that was announced last year.

My sincere hope is that this is not a movie to “tie up the Mandoverse” as others have suggested. Just make it a standalone, or, better yet, kick off something new. 

“Was anyone asking for this” is the most asinine shit. Presumably the producers, with the blessing of the shareholders, based on streaming numbers.

I don’t want to speak for Drew, but I’d guess they’re basing their judgement on . . . the TV series being fun?

We haven’t had anything of value enter the public domain in so long, no one knows what to do with it.

Sanz being a massive creep sucks a lot of the joy out of “I Wish It Was Christmas Today” for me. Fortunately, Julian Casablancas recorded a delightful cover, so we can enjoy the song without having to look at that sex pest and his giggling accomplice.
