White women who want to broadcast their politics (in addition to actually taking action, ahem) could also just wear a t-shirt from Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, Amnesty, SPLC, CAIR, BLM, NOW, NPR, DNC ... the possibilities are endless. It’s so upsetting. A family member of mine voted for Trump because “the last 8 years were boring” and all I can think today is how right he was. The last 8 years were gloriously, perfectly boring. I’ll take boring any day over this actual shit show (or maybe more fitting- piss show).

There’s no way that Trump isn’t being set-up to be impeached. The advice he is receiving is wildly out of step with reality.

Reporters cannot ask him multipart questions, it makes it WAY too easy to dodge. I can’t imagine how tempting it is to ask a whole litany of questions in your one turn but the fact that he could sidestep the question about whether his staff had contact with Russia is unacceptable.

And he called BuzzFeed, who released the dossier in full, “a failing pile of garbage” who would “suffer the consequences.”

Messy is being generous. This is an all out attack on the integrity of our country. It was a sloppy magic trick, but the trick itself is what is concerning.

I know. Do you ever listen to him speak and think, “Well I must be dead and/or in the Twilight Zone because there is no way in hell this can be real.”

I do want it said and again and again how this has nothing to do with conventional politics. Trump isn’t just wrong or bad (or even primarily wrong or bad) because he’s a Republican. He’s bad because he’s just a shitty human being who just so happens to have hijacked politics.

Yeah Trump hates Hollywood so much he has been trying to get accepted by Hollywood for decades and his people are going behind the scenes begging A-List singers and celebrities to attend his inauguration. His people were even putting out press releases saying that A-Listers partied with Trump on New Year’s Eve.
