I'd watch it again if for no other reason than Digital Underground.

If this sounds intriguing to anyone, I would recommend the book Beowulf: The Monsters and the Critics. I've read some contend that the main reason we even have Beowulf in popular culture can be traced back to this book and his lectures it is based on. In a way it even addresses modern arguments about rebooting old

Certainly there are people who will never develop that particular talent. But it looks like we have also had very different experiences in watching other people try. And I don't know anyone who literally thinks "anyone" can learn to draw.

To your point, I've seen people who couldn't draw at all spend a couple weekends with the book Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain and it brought them to the same level that this lady is at.

I don't feel great about agreeing with you. But I really do. Plus, it really doesn't take a whole lot of practice to get better at drawing. So, you know... six months in the hospital with nothing but boredom, tv and a sketchbook...

He looks so good, they wouldn't even have to do a reboot. If they ever revisit the Magnum P.I. franchise, we could just catch up with him now. A Naval Intelligence man and father who has attained a high rank and looking to retire... after he solves this one last case.

Agreed. And the Jesse Stone shows may not be the best, but he sure brings a gravity to that character.

I like photoshop and digital coloring. Especially when handled by people who are great at it. But to see some marker and ink comps is always a treat. I especially appreciate it when you can see some of the underlying pencil marks. Thank You for the post Charlie Jane.

If you take take Hinder, you have a deal!

Also, it seems like half the confusion, questions and disagreements about this post would see things a lot differently if they actually read the post and took time to understand the testing metrics, findings parameters and data collection method.

I'm moving to New Jersey.

Throwing this out there...

Neighbor to your south here. Everything you just said sums up South Dakota fairly well too. Though you do generally get hit harder in the winters than we do.

As a Dakotan, I support your observation %100.

Was just thinking of that!

You are not. There is a lot of possibilities there. A prison movie. A zombie flick. Dystopian future films. With some window dressing, green screen and future looking tech, it could be spaceship.

I just noticed this morning that iTunes has a free S1 recap.

Is that cat party?

We're NEVER going back to Arizona!

Super Troopers. 2001.
