Agreed! I make a lot of my friends mad with this opinion, but I really dislike Spielberg movies for this reason. From a technical standpoint, I can't complain. His movies are almost always well-crafted, but I don't like feeling like I'm being manipulated. He is pretty shameless about it.

My fourth grade teacher used to read to us, and I still have such fond memories of it!

I'm impressed with how many shows/movies/plays he balances each year. I just wish he had more starring roles. Of course, he may not be interested in that, but I think he'd do well with it.

I loved the ones who asked if we should expect the battles to come up on the midterm. :D

I know Outlander fans are pretty divided when it comes to Frank, but I actually like him and enjoy his scenes too. I'm interesting in seeing how the show chooses to portray Frank and Claire after the return.

I love Gleeson so much! He's becoming a favorite for me.

For sure!

That would be frustrating.

I still haven't gotten around to The Vikings yet, so I've never visited their forum for it. What did you dislike about the forum?

Me too.

I've found Previously Tv forums to be great for discussion if people still want that. The reviews tend to just focus on being plain recaps with some snark, so I don't enjoy them as much, but a lot of the commenters offer great analysis.

He played Brutus as conflicted so well.

Agreed! I don't know if it would happen because Menzies seems to enjoy doing a variety of roles, but I'd love to see him get a show of his own.

I would love a website that offered comprehensive coverage of historical fiction shows!

I was definitely rooting for him to win an Emmy!

Agreed! I'm hoping Outlander opens up a lot of doors for him!

Agreed! And Nikolaj Koster-Waldau is pretty charismatic a performer in his own right. For me, not many actors can steal scenes from him, but Menzies does.

Thanks! I'll check that out!

Yeah I thought so too. I mean, it's not as much as some of the other shows I follow—Game of Thrones and Better Call Saul tend to generate 1000+ per episode—but all the shows I followed that had coverage cancelled in the past pulled in less than 50 comments per episode. The Outlander reviews definitely have more

Yes that was great!
