I think the 2nd comment just hasn’t been followed by Kotaku yet. At least I know that’s how it was a few years ago, though it could’ve changed. If they notice you making good comments and adding to the discussion somehow, whether that is via humor or insight, you’ll get added to an invisible list of chill people lol.

Hi Luke, I’ve been commenting on Kotaku articles for over a decade and my account still reads, “pending approval”. Who do I contact about that?

I do find it interesting that Action Gal(tm), whether in tv or gaming, seems to be coded as queer pretty often.

I’m more pissed at Kotaku spoiling something within 24 hours of release then anything else. But they have to meet their spoiler in Titles quota somehow.

Thanks for the spoiler. I would have found this to be an interesting surprise for a character that has so far not shown any particular romantic interest in anyone. 

The DLC literally came out yesterday and you go and throw a major character spoiler IN THE FREAKIN’ HEADLINE, completely unavoidable. Sooooooooo glad you put a spoiler warning in the body of your article though. Jerk.
