OpenHab. You get that running and thru the Echo you can control everything. Currently my echo controls every light(z-wave, milights), outlets (z-wave), sprinklers (z-wave), motion sensors (z-wave), TV, alarm, thermostat, and speaker system. If you go the z-wave route you can buy any regular cheap bulbs.
