Same, these look good. I never was into the three-wheeler craze because the Polaris looks like something Schumacher-era Batman would make Robin drive.

VAG never bought the other Rolls Royce (the one that makes jet engines etc). Buying companies involves lots of negotiations and disclosures...you don’t accidentally buy the “wrong” company. That RR hadn’t been involved with the motor company since RR had to be bailed out (aka nationalized) in the 70s due to going

You can be sad. Sad is okay! Just don’t get angry at a company for doing something you’d be perfectly happy with their competitors doing.

So on my PS5 checklist I have Horizon 2 and Spidey’s Miles Morales, now I can add that kickass looking Harry Potter game, God of War 2, and FF16 to the list. Fuck yeah. Sold. Digital edition for me. Traditionally a Nintendo gamer, and the PS4 was the first time Sony blew me away with its system and games, so I am

I agree. I see a lot of “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it” and improvements where people have complained. It also looks like it weighs less (even though it probably will not). Thankfully that stupid digital clock is gone!

The Z Proto is SO MUCH cleaner all around, especially in the rear. The rear end of the 350/370Z has always been too bulky.

Dude what are you smoking. I see similar elements that are retained (vertical door handles, cup holder placement, center arm rest design).

Seeing the Z and the Supra side by side really makes it obvious that the Supra is a bit of an overwrought mess. The Z is refreshingly simple and straightforward. I don’t care if it is a heavily reworked 370z. I like it.

Linked article says the sails are 80 meters tall not 80 feet.

I updated mine to thedrive.com

You would be wrong. The best selling vehicle in the U.S. is the F-150, which starts at $29,000 with no options. Nobody is buying a base F-150.

Here’s a question, isn’t Maserati known for being the “gentleman’s” Ferrari? Offering Ferrari noises and power in an executive suit? If so, isn’t a sparse interior with carbon fiber really just making it a part of the standard “Supercar” world?

Great write-up, Bradley. Also, very well edited! I dig this car; pretty excited to see it on the road.

Lucid didn’t include any photographs of it open, because the width of the trunk is the full width of the rear of the car

There’s an entire section on what you are talking about that ends with:

Bradley, I applaud the complimentary Art Deco / French / DS aesthetic reference.  You bringing that to light spawned a bit of an, “Oh, that’s it!” moment for me, and I thank you!

The exterior has a Citroen-ish quality to it.  I like it.

“Called the MC20—”20" is for “2020,” as in the year”

Holy shit, that looks good. Especially in white.

Well, I discount 100 percent of anything they say about me personally. If I hear “You’re a great writer” or “We love Jalopnik” I just tune them out, but if I see prototypes and hear actual performance statistics quoted, I tend to believe it.
