The part where she gave up. Bombing in front of 4500 people is bad, and maybe a sign that you aren’t ready to do theaters, but giving up on he show before you do your time is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to the thousands of people who paid good money to see her.

Yeah - If Seinfeld had bombed at a big event and couldn’t remember his jokes on stage, would definitely be news.

She’s one of those people who is naturally entertaining and makes you laugh, but that in no way equates to being able to be a professional stand up comic. She’ll be great in films and TV shows when she has the right material, but I don’t see how someone who can be *this* unprepared is going to be a master comic

Because she’s a major star who completely shat the bed on a New Year’s Eve show in a major city, and didn’t even seem to attempt to try not to. It was likely a major event for the people who paid through the nose to spend their NYE there. It’s not just an “off day,” it’s specifically and significantly unprofessional

There are a million hilarious comics that have more talent and dedication than her - perhaps you can “really want them to win”?

Why the fuck is this even a story? She had an off day. ALL OF US have our off days.

“Tiffany Haddish has never been funny. She’s always exhibited wild, exaggerated antics, but has never told any jokes that, like Katt Williams has said, can sustain an audience for a single hour. She has sporadic one-liners, but no sustaining “joke narratives.” “

I like Tiff but, come on, people paid good money to see her and she didn’t deliver (reading jokes off her iPad? Huh? This isn’t her trying out new material in a hole in the wall joint, WTF)

I would have been mad as fuck if I paid to see a comedian and they forgot their damn jokes.

While comics do bomb all the time, it’s still kind of a big deal for a big star to bomb this badly on NYE in a major city. Audience likely paid large for this mess. It makes her look badly unprofessional to be this unprepared for an event like this.

She has sporadic one-liners, but no sustaining “joke narratives.” She wasn’t funny in her recurring role on “The Carmichael

He also co-owed a daycare.

Those appliances should be set up with lights and a solenoid to pop the door linked to a motion detector. Shouldn’t be hard to make a kit to retrofit older models. Then this tragedy can’t happen again.

Bruising on her body and foot are not surprising. If she was unable to figure out how to unlock the freezer door, she would have been throwing herself against it and kicking it in desperation and terror, trying to force it open until she was overcome by the cold.

All I can say right now, as a parent of kiddos of the same age, is please let some higher power allow the family of Ms. Jenkins to find some comfort in this dark, dark hour.

Cam should know better, but I hope there’s the same energy for her racist tweets.

So now “it’s funny to hear females talk about routes...” might cost you an endorsement deal...but “grab ‘em by the pussy” will get you elected leader of the free world, huh? What could the difference between these two (let’s say) equally offensive statements be then?

While Cam is well known to be immature and should have absolutely been more mindful of his words, I’m uncomfortable with the reaction this has received. You can tell that he was giving a genuine reaction as opposed to intentionally belittling the reporter. However, the reporter does have a right to be offended as I’m

All that nonsense aside, this is an interesting insight into NYPD training.
