The flash is such an interesting case of how the lead actor can still be charming and great ("I'm your super friend!") but literally everything else in the show just conspires to drag him down into oblivion. But then I absolutely loathed season 3 of Arrow for very similar reasons and they got through that. At least

After the boring trainwreck of season 3, I never thought Arrow could actually be great again but here we are. I also never would have thought The Flash would be such a dull chore to watch but, again, here we are. How do people rank these shows this season? Legends is probably my number one, mostly for how damn fun and

Is that a movie or a play? Alfred Molina is one of those brilliant actors who just elevates everything he's in. He was the sole reason why that horrifically boring Prince of Persia movie was even close to watchable. He's great in Feud at the moment as well.

I really do doubt that this new Pennywise will come close to Tim Curry (I must admit I've only see youtube clips of Curry's it). Maybe the studio is holding off on having new Pennywise talk because even if he is genuinely great, there's still going to be a tidal wave of "10 reasons why Tim Curry is still the best

Haha oh man! I totally forgot he was in that show. I was mostly thinking of how much fun Travolta looked like he was having making that Hairspray movie (gleefully decked out in drag) and assuming that he'd probably love more kooky roles like that but his masters probably wouldn't let him.

Do I need to have read other King novels before It? I've been tempted by some other King novels, but held off because I hear they're all interconnected or something.

It really is rare to see a decent poster these days. Though I always laugh at the clichéd "floating heads over a city" poster design.

What if the key to world peace was the universal delight of a small child being comedically hit in the head? It's fun to laugh at here most of all, because we can be assured that the real child was probably never hurt. It still makes it hilarious when the character gets hit in the face by that sign.

The studio seems pretty confident in their Pennywise. They're happy to show off full on publicity shots of him at least. I think they're just playing coy in this trailer to get people unfamiliar with the story to start talking.

I've actually never read a stephen king book all the way through. Is It worth checking out? I've noticed it's crazy long but I assume it's a good epic kind of long?

I think the studio is graciously calling it a teaser so as not to piss off people who just want to see the murder clown already. Oh you want to see the clown? Sorry it's a teaser!

Can we just talk about how damn wonderful that poster is as well? The bright yellow and bright red. The creepy satanic vibe of it. The image of the demonic clown offering a toy to a small child (as well as the way the child's left leg conveys through a still image that he's walking towards the clown) and the creepy

I'll never watch this (Arrow is about as far as I'll go on the "tacky superhero show" spectrum) but these Iron Fist reviews have been mighty entertaining. I've particularly enjoyed the hilarious captions for the photos. Here's to The Defenders being another train wreck! (Though I hope not)

Well she'd never get to work for Ryan Murphy! Probably mostly due to his…uh…views on life. Plus I hear the scientology people tend to tighly control the careers of their clients. I genuinely think they've helped deprive of us some wonderfully crazy John Travolta roles (you know he's just itching to go full Nicolas

Rachel Dratch deserves a really great and meaty supporting role in a comedy. Kind of like how Melissa McCarthy got such a perfect role in Bridesmaids.

As a semi-related note, I'm very happy that Victor Garber has found his niche on Legends of Tomorrow. Granted, it's a show beneath his talents, but he seems have so much damn fun and the people running the show always give him entertaining material.

Is Jenna Elfman a scientologist? Well in that case it's one season shows for the rest of her career. Kind of sad really.

Jenna Elfman may need to do what every actress over 40 seems to be doing now. Sell her soul to Ryan Murphy and let him give her a juicy role as a tap dancing alien wizard who gets to hang out with Kathy Bates.

She seems like a likable and insanely talented comedian but she's probably a shade too "odd" to get leading parts. Which is a shame because I really love her recurring random cameos on the early episodes of 30 rock.

She was on the last season of Damages. She played a corporate whistleblower who has an affair with a Julian Assange ripoff and she gets viciously murdered in her first episode in what's made to look like a suicide. Oh and later she shows up in flashbacks and I think she gets to hang out with Victor Garber for a scene
