Yes! Ever since I've gotten accustomed to voicing on my Droid, PC browsers seemed lacking, bulky, awkward..

@squozzer: "Meet the new boss, just like the old boss.."

@TunaFish: The problem now is that he's gone mainstream and now is using his position to dictate morals. I'm an adult, I'm way past that. The sad part is that many people don't have the presence of mind to walk away. The modern American is willing to trade his/her Freedom for some fashionable trinkets.

I believe that I'm a big boy now (40); don't really need a cyber-nanny to tell me what I can and cannot do. It always starts this way then it creeps into your whole life, I've seen it before. I don't need it and don't want it, especially from a big corporation.

@grewal12: Just tried this Teamviewer Portable that you mentioned. Man, that thing is awesome! Thanks!

Sure everybody is happy until Apple decides to ban it.. ;)

This comes in handy for me since I letter vehicles out doors all the time. What I dislike most about winter is not the cold but the lack of daylight.

@shkm: Not quite, I have an extensive template collection of every vehicle made and even with XnView I've had problem seeing thumbnails for AI and EPS (very annoying.)

@whiteflea: I agree.. I always found iTunes to be more of an aggravation when I had my iPhone. I just dumped everything into my Droid and off I went, hate to fight with the sync when I only want to charge up; however I do wish there was a decent music player for the thing!

@Seasonone: Not quite that simple I'm afraid. Some of as work outdoors and what we do is completely weather dependent. I've had times when I've had minutes in order to finish lettering a truck before I'd get hit with a storm front. It's especially bad during Fall / Winter and Winter / Spring changes.

Windows XP is old.. Just think of it this way: babies born when XP was released are now pain-in-the-ass snarky teenagers. :P

The sad fact is the HTML5 is not ready to take on Flash (yet); I see a lot fervor in the HTML5 camp, but it is simply NOT READY YET. I need the format now - not tomorrow.

@t2technology: Agreed, my Droid does as much as a jailbroken iPhone without even rooting it.

@darundal: Just go to your local sign shop and they will make you a vinyl sticker for it. Nobody will know the difference unless you get it a different color.

So does this mean that if I drink past the point when I know I'll hang, I can drink plenty of water AND use an oxygen tank to prevent it?

@mewton: You simply can't baby people. Looking around I find that America is increasingly becoming a Nanny State. People need to be informed so that they know how easy stuff like this can be done and guard against it. Of course they will be those who will use it in a colorful manner, people who do things like that

@BishopBlaize: I that case, time to bust out the CO2 launcher.. :)

I'm glad to see that this topic being taken seriously. Until 3rd party apps are READILY available in Linux, it's never going to take off. I don't care what the purists say, they are crippling the OS they love so much by taking such a myopic point of view.

I like this service very much. It's nice to break out of the box and check out some good music that you would have never known that existed because we are boxed in by the media controllers. I brought a Droid on the first day (just got my update - yeah!) so I am looking forward to an Android app of this.
