I looked at a related 4chan /pol/ thread after this happened.

That whole sequence is a confusing non sequitur. You would have to explain so much before you even got to "The ghost is blowing him."

He's probably called a "fake bitch ass whore" a little less often.

Yoda Mom is sooo an hour ago. Now I'm all about Darth Maul Aunt.

Why does he keep standing next to him?! You know what's going to happen, Mike!!

I don't know. I would be surprised if he had an endpoint in mind, and the Convergence two-parter was a pretty good epilogue for her. (If you ignore the rest of Convergence, of course.)

I think that's been a commonality with reviews for the new movie, too. The group getting together is good, and the ghost-busting climax is alright.

You mean like you want him to pick up as much as possible where he left off with her?

Yeah, it's surprising (but also not really) that no one else is using their accelerated schedule creatively like this to keep the artists from burning out.

There's a ton of DC characters I'd love to see him write after this—Batman, Birds of Prey, Suicide Squad immediately come to mind—but if he packs up and goes back to doing more Lady Sabres and Lazaruses (Lazari?), I'm a'okay with that.

Stumptown, too.

I remember Rucka describing this scene with Diana being the only one looking to the horizon years ago in an interview. I'm so happy he's finally gotten it into a comic.

- The reviewer doesn't think the original Ghostbusters is the greatest comedy ever made!!!1

I liked the darker jokes in Flintstones, especially the visual one you mentioned, but one of my favorites gags in the issue was Philip and the ice cream. It wouldn't have been out of place in the original cartoon.

#2 was a couple weeks late and Shaner only drew half of it.

Has anyone mentioned Marville yet?

Nah, that's not you. I was referencing the very specific idea that the characters can only work if returned to exactly as they were almost forty years ago without any adaptation or changes whatsoever.

I don't see it much, but it's crazy whenever you run into a Golden Age nerd who wants DC to restore those characters to their ancient incarnations and pick up directly where All-Star Comics #74 left off.

You use the word "whining" a lot while complaining about folks.

Now I can't stop picturing Roger Ailes and Steve Doocy as Burne and Vernon.
