That's one of the things that drives me craziest about the people who buy a home built in the 20s or 30s that has a surviving vintage tile bathroom in excellent shape but they tear it out because they "don't like the color!"  Oh my god!  Then buy another house and leave this one for someone who will leave the ORIGINAL

I actually don't like open concept homes, and just want to scream when I see people tear down walls and open up kitchens that really would have been better off separated, especially in historic homes.
