You are reading my favorite books! I love The Secret History for it’s cunning characters and rich imagery. I’m also obsessed with Tana French — I’ve read (and re-read) all of hers except her latest, The Trespasser, for which I’m waiting until I have a good chunk of uninterrupted time to read.

Right now, I think about this backpacking trip I booked for September. I think about how future-me will look back on present-me and feel so appreciative that I dragged myself to the gym, so that I can drag myself across the mesa.

Is working out at home an option? I liked the ultimate yogi program, tho its long. Ddp yoga is another one with good reviews, but it’s not traditional yoga. I liked Buti yoga, until she outed herself as a Trump supporter, but I liked her stuff before that.

Please tell me what you like about Down Dog app. I’d like to do yoga at home but lack motivation and skill. I’ve looked into apps but don’t know how to pick. Free is nice, but I wonder if you get what you pay for with a fitness app.
