It’s about friends who murder one of their group. They tell you right at the beginning, so I’m not spoiling anything. The first half led up to the murder, and I assume the second will deal with the emotional aftermath. It’s very engrossing. I’ve read 300 pages since last night!

I’m so sorry. That’s creepy AF

I’m reading Donna Tartt’s The Secret History, on the recommendation of Tana French, whose own books I’ve been obsessed with lately.

I love yoga, but my work and home are in somewhat of a dead zone for studios, and as a carless person, it’s difficult to make it to other parts of town before/after work. I use Down Dog app, which I love, but it is so much easier to sit on my butt and read instead of forcing myself to start.

Your baby’s head is so round and perfect. I just want to eat her up! (Or have my own baby...that’s what I really want.)

I’m being lazy for dinner, but for lunch I made hard-boiled eggs and open-faced caprese on sourdough. It made me feel European haha.

Just woke up from a nap. Worked out earlier and realized the triceps are getting mighty bat-wingy. Need to ramp up the workouts! How do you all stay motivated to move in the cold, dreary days of winter?

Good evening friends! I’ve been extra tired and unusually crabby lately, but I’m trying hard to get into the holiday spirit. This weekend, we’re out of town by our property staying in a cozy little cabin. We’re watching Home Alone tonight and cutting a tree off our land to take home! I may drink eggnog! I’ve also been

I did too! If I’m paying for them, I want people to share in my holiday cheer as long as possible!!

Sounds perfect for this time of year!

I just read Dracula for the first time a few months ago and surprised myself by how much I enjoyed it. Great read.

I had no expectations at all going into it, which always helps. Although, apparently opposite of you, I thought the ending was the weakest part.

I liked it a lot, and I was sort of obsessive about reading it whenever I had free time. I read the whole thing in like 5 days, so you know it had me hooked. However, I wanted to shake Theo many times. He just had such poor decision making skills! And the last chapter felt a little too tidy and trite.

I’ve been the same way! Literally all I’ve done today is read haha.

If, when I have a child, he or she is not an obsessive reader, I will be bitterly disappointed. I can only imagine the delight in passing down the great books of childhood!

I recently got some great book recommendations from my Facebook friends, including The Goldfinch, The Barbarian Nurseries, and the mystery novels of Tana French. What have you Jezzies been reading that I need to check out??

I was dared to kiss 18 people on my 18th birthday, and that’s how I officially met my husband. He was somewhere right in the middle.

Oooooh somehow I missed the initial steps there. Well there is a lot more sunshine than in Ohio, so if you like vitamin D, you will dig it!

I'm majorly on the fence about kids right now. I was sick with baby fever for months and months, and now I've turned a corner where I'm extremely enjoying having the free time/income to do whatever I feel like. My sister has a 4 month old and swears it's the greatest thing ever, and my sister in law just told us she's

I'm drinking water because I'm still a little drunk from champagne brunch. Also, I just realized last week that you're in Colorado. I moved away from there just about a year ago, and I miss it terribly. So much less sun up here in the PNW! You obvs won't have that issue in SoCal, but it really is a special place.
