The bad assery for me was when you can see the projectile moving along with a shot of the ground at the same time. The epic sonic boom-age of the projectile whet my appetite and my pants.

Sounds like the job for two or more large banks of batteries, I'm sure they can work out the switching mechanism... but then fast charging causes excessive heat. What better way to "cool" the batteries than with cold sea water? Sounds like a win to me!
