The Palisades Interstate Parkway’s 50MPH ticket zones (or fast 55mph zones) and the people that obey that limit in the left hand lane.

The 2015 Suburban is nearly identical in size to the Excursion ... so all is not lost for your giant tow vehicle / 18 child hauler needs.
