@ddhboy: I doubt many would mind having the ability to make calls with their PSP. Truth is I rather have a Phone PSP instead of carrying my iphone, PSP, and w/e else with me.

The iPad could of probably replaced my laptop but apple decided to use their mobile OS, restricting me to doing the stuff I already accomplish on my iphone 4..
