I saw this earlier, and oh my god, this is exactly what I was living. I was supporting her in places where i had some anonymity but wouldn’t talk about it unless asked...because everything is fucking terrible.

I stand by my early assessment that Bernie was encouraged by the party run to take the liberal temperature of the country at this juncture and that everyone, including him, was surprised by the results. I don’t think he really expected to win, either, but I think he got pretty hopeful for a while there.
He’s done. His pride needed a dignified out. If “when every vote is cast” is his deal, that’s okay. It hasn’t slowed down the rest of the party getting geared up for endorsements or a general campaign, and Bernie has shifted his rhetoric away from Clinton, so he’s not doing her any damage by sticking around.
The timing of all this has been coordinated since the weekend. Obama told Sanders on Sunday that he was endorsing and let Sanders ask him for a meeting and to hold off until today, then he taped the ad on Tuesday afternoon. Bernie’s struggling with this on a personal basis, but it has been carefully choreographed for…
Apparently during their call on Sunday, he told Bernie he was going to endorse, and Bernie asked him to hold off until today. They’re giving Bernie a fair amount of breathing room, which is good, but Bernie knows what the deal is. He has until next Tuesday, and then he gets to make a graceful concession and start…
This surprises me not at all. I’m a big Clinton supporter, but I haven’t put a sign up in my yard. I stopped posting stuff on FB. I rarely, if ever, commented on posts because the hostility was awful. The worst I think was a young woman who called Clinton many names, but capped it off by calling her a cunt. There’s no…
As an avowed Hillary supporter for months now, who has become increasingly frustrated with Bernie’s campaign, I think he should stay in for DC. It’s just one more! He’s not taking shots at Hillary anymore, he’s all but said that he’s going to suspend the second that primary is over, and the people of DC have so much…
a-fucking-greed!
So I don’t know where else to share this, but this tweet, from the liberal filmmaker daughter of the Constitution Party candidate, may be one of the saddest things I’ve ever read, and also explains a lot about why the relative volume of Sanders’s supporters didn’t match up with the votes in the end.
So have your friends actually ever compared their standpoints on major issues because they’re nooooot very different.
It’s real, and it’s spectacular.
That is the single most unifying message Hillary has given. If this tweet can’t bring the party together, I don’t know what can.
Jesus fucking Christ. She and her team are going to absolutely decimate this election campaign. Fucking scorched earth, march to the sea style.
This is amazing.
BWAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Bernie. Bubbala. Come on, dude. I love you. I love you so much. But stop. Please. It’s getting embarrassing.
I want to take this time to officially endorse President Obama’s official endorsement of Hillary Clinton.
Good. Maybe now all my friends who can’t stop talking about how much better Obama is than Hillary and how she’s the devil incarnate but he is sent from God above will actually shut the hell up.
I said the same over on Gawker...
