Yeah yeah, I know. You try finding a decent pic of chaff in under a minute.

The rust I see on Mazdas here in the Midwest is incredible. They look worse than 30-year-old vehicles. It’s fucked up.
Yes it did, mainly because of car emissions reduction.
As far as I’m concerned (who knows what will actually get proposed), a 240V outlet in the garage seems like a reasonable middle ground. If an entire new house is getting wired, I can’t see a 240V outlet changing the cost in any meaningful way.
I 100% support it. And if you like cars you should support it as well. Tougher emissions and mileage standards have given us 700hp cars that you can daily drive with no problems. It’s given us hot hatches that perform better than the best pre-emissions controlled cars all while getting 30 miles to the gallon. It’s…
“Shorting their stock because Musk is acting like a nutjob”
I think most people short it because they have no clear profitable business model. Selling fancy EVs at huge losses is a neat trick as long as you can keep fundraising. But even this quarter, the big goal is for Tesla to at least break even or even be…
You’ve taken conspicuous consumption to new heights.
“Stop Overbuying your cars”
I wonder how many of those manuals are just Jeep Wrangler bros who simply must have a REAL JEEP and CarMax knows it.
and beefing on Twitter no less...
False. He’s blaming external vendors in saying that they don’t have enough capacity. The theory you’re pointing to suggests that there IS external capacity, just that Tesla dropped the ball in reaching an agreement with them because they were too focused on building cars. And now they have all these cars in lots…
I think that is more applying to the logistics of the hauler companies Tesla has contacted. The companies might have tons of trucks, but they might all be indisposed in the very small timetable Tesla asked for, because Tesla didn’t have the forethought to ask them ahead of time, knowing these trucks are out for days…
The whole burnout u-turn preceding that on a public road without taking the time to make sure there was no one coming makes him a douchebag.
“Black women want black men to succeed, we want you to have fully realized lives, we want to share power and resources. We just don’t want you to kill us in the process.”
This isn’t a collection, it’s hoarding.
Honestly, I’m a lot more satisfied with this update than most of the previous ones, because it sounds like the dude is making progress and that his attitude has improved dramatically. More than that, he realizes that the cars that he left in his yard for decades aren’t in the same condition he thought they were in…
Hell, even Alfa Romeo’s start every morning!
You’re not wrong but there’s a huge difference between this technology and existing high-power systems. There’s never really been consumer-grade medium voltage/high-power products before - it’s all been commercial / industrial.
Enthusiast already complaining that the stations aren't air cooled.
Late 70s Jap cars around here turned into rust automatically when the calendar flipped to December.
