the Oldsmobile 5.7 diesel wasn't nearly as bad as you've heard

please explain to me how this is not considered assault when she admitted intent?

I like Toms suggestion of the Blazer.

My guess is Lattner wanted increased compensation for his “level of expertise” and Musk wasn’t having that.

Diesel can have desirable characteristics and dynamics, for auto enthusiasts.

The point of diesel is fuel economy.

What we also need is a SINGLE charging standard that can be installed at traditional gas stations or highway rest stops.

The turbo v8 was bandaid / stopgap. When it came out GM had already decided to move its passenger car fleet to unibody FWD to meet fuel economy standards. GM just needed to keep its body on frame RWD mid/full size cars vaguely competitive until the switch was made

That’s the thing GM critics forget. GMs engineers know what they’re doing. It’s the accountants and product planners that fuck shit up.

GM could have come far closer to checking both boxes if they had made all their EV cars under a revamped Buick Electra sub-brand.

Well, that and the MN Somali community has had issues with social stigma around autism.

....ok

The 3 will allegedly be made out go steel. For Tesla, that’s a new technology.

Odds are it’ll get pled down to a couple of misdemeanor charges. He’ll get probation, fines, and maybe a week in jail.

So Maserati is going after the coveted Doug DeMuro demographic.

Yeah, but Panisonic is who actually makes the battery’s. Tesla just owns the building.

They still aren’t.

Remember when people gave you all the reasons his car company couldn’t be successful.

Oh I agree there needs to be balance. If you let engineers run amuck you end up wth things like falcon wing doors. Not substantially better than current options but way more complex and expensive.

No, shitty MBA’s is why American cars sucked so long. The engineers know what they’re doing and people screwing everything together are generally* competent.
