Mostly because it’s the only FF game that’s anywhere near as popular as 7. The remakes for 3 and 4 weren’t anything like what seven’s getting, but I’d imagine if they wanted to revisit 6, they’d do it this way.

I get where you’re coming from (I’d love a Draenei hero too), but the team that makes skins and the team that makes heroes is completely separate. Rest-assured, they didn’t scrap a potential gnome hero to make this skin.

What makes you say that? If this remake does well (and it almost certainly will), I could see square doing other remakes in the same vein, and 6 seems like the most natural next choice.

I think it’s because of how time-consuming that is. SotC reportedly took 4 years to make, coming from a team at Sony with a pretty high degree of talent.

That doesn’t matter at all, and this will never get sued/shut down. But instead of going back and forth about it, why don’t you just wait for it to get shut down? When it does (which it won’t), you can respond to me and go “hahahahaha, I was right!”

Instead of arguing about it, let’s just wait and see if it ever gets a CnD. Because it won’t, ever. and we won’t have to waste all this time arguing about it.
