Heh. I soooooo wanted him to get killed off in S1. Now he's the only voice of sanity in the City of Light storyline.

I just watched that scene abut 5 times. They do a great job filming of going back & forth between their eyes. You can see the anguish in their eyes, but you can also see questioning looks, from Lexa's "is she really going to kill me?" to Clarke's "What's she going to say to convince me not to kill her?" And then…
Holy cow, the scene with Clarke pulling the knife to Lexa's throat, and Lexa just standing there, unflinching, before finally saying "I'm sorry." Wow.
THAT'S who that was showing up on the ice queen's shoulder at the end.
Eh, so floating is the new frakking. I'm okay with it.
"Ned!" *smack*
Inflammable means flammable? What a country!
They were smoking hot together, so it's not like I would complain if that's the direction the show decides to take. I just hope it feels earned if they do, and right now they'd have a lot of work to do to get to that point.
When I watched the S2 finale, I assumed the City of Light story was going to be the main focus of S3 (and I suppose it still could; we're only 2 episodes in). I thought if they drew out a clan in-fighting storyline, it'd get dull quickly. Boy have I been wrong.
When I say I'm excited to see them together again, I don't assume or expect their romantic relationship to come back. Rather, I found their relationship a standout of last season long before they decided to get physical. It was the way they saw both strength and frailty in each other both as individuals and as…
Sure, Grounders is the term the folks from the Ark came up with for all the indigenous people.
It's a tribute to how much I care about Clarke's story that I find myself barely caring about the biggest scifi element in the show right now (the City of Light stuff). It's not bad, it just feels like a completely different show and I'd rather watch the show about Sky Crew & Grounders and Ice People.
I've always hated the term shipper, but damn if I'm not on board team Clexa and looking forward to their upcoming conversations.
I did too. Then I backed up my DVR 10 seconds to make sure I heard it right.
I did that too! Well, over the past month (binged 1st 2 seasons over Xmas holiday). I'm sooo glad I did.
S8 Capaldi was a little too curmudgeony even for my tastes (especially early in the season). S9 Capaldi was outstanding.
I like S6 too.
Wait, people didn't like the 50th special?
I hated Donna in Runaway Bride, but I loved her in S4 (well, once you get past the lame Adipose episode that started the season).
Please watch the newest season. It's a big improvement over S8, and a toss-up between S5 for my favorite season of the new series.
