Why pay, go to ninite.com and install classic start. Has many options and the ao loved win7 start menu. If I cannot get it free I dont use it. Wps office is my office, foxit reader, classic start menu, I even have a free accounting similar to QuickBooks. Only thing I pay for is a Windows PC. All else free.
