Funny, I don’t get those letters or phone calls. Probably because I own two Saabs which due to the company’s 8000th transfer in ownership over the last 5 years are worth about as much as a pack of gum and one left foot New Balance shoe.

Porsche 944. Base, S2, whatever you can find. Simply because they are all great. For my entry, I’ve found a reasonably priced 944 Turbo.
That picture makes me laugh at the top. I was leaving a Nascar race years ago when someone tried to sneak between the car in front of me and the front bumper of my Saturn SC-1. He couldn’t get around my license plate, being drunk and all, and decided to turn, look at me and my girlfriend, and then unzip his pants and…
When you’ve got two options that are: flimsy cupholder out of dash, or extra insert in armrest console that acts like a second cupholder but really isn’t, you take the flimsy dash cupholder.
I never have used the Night panel other than to show people what it does. My cupholder broke.
My wife and I have 4 cars in the driveway. My (our) V6 Manual Camaro Convertible, our Crew Cab 2004 Canyon, and our 2 DD Saabs, my ‘07 9-5 Aero Wagon and her ‘06 9-3 SS. At the beginning of this year I had the two Saabs and a 85’ 944 NA, which was sold to have the Camaro take it’s place.
As a long time NASCAR fan, I’m really torn on this. At Kansas, I understand why Joey did what he did to Kenseth. But he didn’t need to. He already had his win, and qualified for the next round. So what was his incentive to get super aggressive and dump Kenseth? Because he was being blocked? I’ve seen Joey do it at…
I’m a racing fan and a coaster fan. I think Superman Ride of Steel was a fair trade-off. Plus my local track, Seekonk Speedway, became Nascar sanctioned for a while after Riverside closed.
I moved within 10 minutes of the Speedway last year, and I work with someone who lives just two minutes down the road. I really wanted to get there this year, but damn, tickets are expensive. It was cheaper for me to go to the Sprint Cup race at NHMS than for a ticket to most of the events at Thompson.
I don’t buy new, so the closest reasonably priced car with the options I’m looking for is usually where I go. I wanted ventilated seats on my 9-5 sportcombi, and I had to travel 2 hours north to get it.
Went to Dega for the first time last year. Didn’t have the opportunity to hang out for the weekend, but I could imagine that place being party central. Next time, I’m bringing a camper.
I really need a space heater for my garage. And some insulation.
I’ve got four cars in the driveway. My wife and I DD’ Saabs, and I’ve got a V6 Camaro convertible and a GMC Canyon that get used as spare/weekend vehicles.
I don’t ever knock it, as it makes him happy, but I’ve just never understood it.
One of my best friends is a huge rear drive Cougar fanatic. 15 years of friendship later, and I still don’t get it.
2.5L NA Porsche 944. The handling was absolutely awesome in my early 85’. But even with a rebuilt motor, speed was always something lacking. The 150hp never seemed to be enough. I dreamed of what a turbo would’ve done to that thing.
Oh thank the flying spaghetti monster they fixed the front fascia. The current design is far too blingy.
As far as mustaches go: Almirola > Larson.
