Better read articles more carefully, only municipal buildings in LV are powered by renewable energy. Private businesses and housing are not included in this. Also those nice and sparkly bright casinos are outside of LV city limits and are ALSO excluded from the list of buildings powered by renewable energy.

maybe it’s just me, but i didn’t notice the cars that were turning on the intersection slowing down.. would that mean that they would take the turn at full speed? i can only imagine how much fun that will be...
