Well the timing of this and the new Terminator movie can’t be a coincidence.

Poor Tom Purcell.

Ignoring the grades, the criticism by Stephens (most certainly last week) and this week, ignores to my mind, the tragedy and sympathies this series does a very fine job in creating,. Instead the reviewers cynicism upends any credibility while revealing a lack of empathy for human failings Last week’s gorgeous

Kudos to everybody who called the Henry-Elisa affair. I suppose the clues were there.

Given current events, think of it as training videos for when the apocalypse inevitably happens in our lifetime.

Now you’re talking. That would be brilliant.

Seconded.

How about Dave Bautista as a Terminator?

I would be more excited for a Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles revival, with Lena Headey, Garrett Dillahunt, Summer Glau, and Thomas Dekker involved. But, this is fine, I guess

Whoa, whoa, whoa... Who exactly is arguing that Neeson’s past actions weren’t racist? Certainly not me. What I’m arguing against is the notion that him talking about those actions and calling them awful in the present is somehow racist. Neeson didn’t say something racist and then half-heartedly apologize as you’re

How do you still not get this?! The issue isn’t whether he used the word “racist” to describe his actions or not. It’s that he knows it was wrong, feels awful about it, and is using his own mistakes as an example for others of what not to do. I don’t care if he calls it “snorfleblark.” He clearly knows that targeting

Not sure why that’s a requirement. You’d think “it was horrible” would be enough for you to show that he thinks his attitude was horrible. Again, how is someone of their own volition admitting that they did something wrong in the past and changed and grew and are now sickened by it a negative thing? Was Robert Byrd

Authority wins again!

Haha What a pathetic straw man argument. Yes, people being racist in the past absolutely matters. But when they come clean about it without being caught and call it horrible, that’s a good thing, dummy. How is anyone supposed to learn to be not racist if you shame people for coming forward and sharing how their

Again, saying “I was racist in the past and it was terrible” is not in and of itself racist. That take is only one step removed from the right-wing trolls who claim that people of color complaining about racism makes them racist.

Way to miss the forest for the trees.

Taste is completely subjective. What’s not are the facts the article articulates specifically. It doesn’t mean you can’t like what you like.

No one said there wasn’t a bunch of crap in the “golden era”, just more good stuff.

That article is so true. My job has me in contact with lots of people between the ages of 20-35, and most can’t stand today’s new music releases outside a few artists or single outliers.

Believe me, you’ll be getting them!
