I do this too.  The trick is not getting pulled in by the insanity.

I think we agree for the most part.

As someone who curates his Twitter feed carefully and just follows people that have movie, television, video games, some sports, and breaking news (not editorial types), industry accounts, I’ve had a good to great experience with it.

I like this change!

Since I primarily use Twitter to follow artists, I use the Like feature as a way to bookmark artwork that’s worth saving as inspiration (and also the occasional real good shitpost). If Twitter drops the one feature that actually works, I don’t really see a reason to stick around.

No reason to be surprised by your indifference. Between Iron Fist season 1 and Luke Cage back half of season 1, and most of season 2, being subpar or a complete slog, I know I’m having difficulty summoning up much grief myself.

As a devoted uncle to my two beautiful nieces (aged 3 1/2 & 7), one of my biggest concerns I’ve shared with my sister, is the outdated and inaccurate social and gender roles portrayed, and often gobbled up by youths and parents alike, that these classic and even more modern (though not all) Disney films seem to anchor

Wait, the fact that kissing a sleeping stranger is presented as a good thing makes it a less troubling message? And as I recall, he doesn’t have a particular reason to think it’s going to break the curse. It’s just a thing he wants to do. It’s kind of gross.
