“ last of all (like many new manual cars today) has uphill start assist so that it won’t roll backwards on a hill for a few seconds.”

Hey Homie, There’s center differential in this one, not a clutch pack (and it uses a viscous center LSD, like a Suby / Audi). What’s more, it manages this with a transverse engine arrangement (like a Mitsu).

God damn infotainment systems ruining cars!!!

Land of the Rising SAAB’s post read like someone who started watching F1 within the last 2 years.

Preach bother. But let’s be honest. The Jalopnik crew looks for any reason to bash Lewis.

Amend that to Nico wins only when its easy to do so.

Gap was gone before Hamilton got a nose in there?? Did you even watch a replay?? Take a look at this picture of the incident that Rubens Barrichello tweeted and explain how Hamilton had gone for a closed gap.

Looked to me like Rosberg made two moves, a jink to the left that opened the door, then moving to the right forcing Hamilton off.

Since we’re using Driver’s Ed definitions here, what Rosberg did was effectively brake check Hamilton. If this was Hamilton’s fault, every single dash cam video showing a brake check is showing the following car at fault.

This is a race, not driver's ed, chief. Nico went completely opposite of the racing line to force Lewis off with a block.

He’s over the line because he got chopped off.

That’s fine. But tell me who was mad and who looked subdued getting out of the car? Body language says Nico knows he was at fault.

B.S Nico cut lewis off in his attempt to shut the door on him, but he misgudged his distance. Lewis didnt hit nico frontally, his car made contact after spinning in the grass having been pushed off the track. If you were on the highway and the car slightly ahead of you made a fast dash into your lane would it be your

No. He clearly ran him off the road and left Lewis with no where to go.

WTF are you talking about? This isn’t a run down to the local grocery store on a public road. Nico swerved off the racing line to the complete opposite side of the track and ran Lewis off the road. Yeah Lewis hit him in the rear because he got pushed off into the grass where tires don’t work very well.

If you’re running P1 on the first lap with your teammate behind and he makes a move to pass you... how about don’t run him into the grass?

Stop it. Nico was on the complete opposite side of the track as the normal racing line. He pushed him off the track.

Um, it was Nico’s fault..........

My biggest problem with ROS is that he doesn’t know how to race intelligently. Too aggressive, too soon. He knows HAM is faster and he made a stupid move! ROS panicked!

“Theoretical capability”. Actual capability remains to be seen as they can’t go five minutes without finding another software bug or design flaw on this model.
