As it goes they do actually build many reliable cars over here in Europe. Don’t get my wrong I’m not hiding from the recent press disaster but much of their fleet does reasonably well in reliability tests.

The Macan turbo pp does 0-60 in 4.4s, the Jag does it in 4.1 which is faster so I’m not sure what you mean by embarrass?

Don’t forget though fuel is super expensive here in Europe. My M135i manages about 21-25 around town and that means with the little mileage I do I put about $80 in a week.
I was shocked to find I enjoyed the 1.0l in a Fiesta, it makes a good sound and revs very keenly.
They are probably not allowed to do that because of the F1 rights are done on a per country basis.
It’s a shame they do that because the sky coverage is brilliant and includes a lot of pre and post race coverage. Some of the technical programs on sky F1 channel are also very interesting.

Indeed called AskMid. Police cars autoscan registration plates with a camera and it flashes up on their in car display if the car doesn’t have insurance, tax or MOT. There are fixed cameras on main roads that do this as well.
